Green Named All-Region
KANSAS CITY, Kan. - Saint Mary's defender Kerry Green (Cincinnati, Ohio/Mount Notre Dame) was named to the 2013 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)/Continental Tire NCAA Division III All-Central Region Team.
Green was one of just 35 Division III student-athletes in the Central Region to be recognized by the NSCAA as an all-region performer in 2013 as she earned a spot on the Second Team.
Earlier this season, the junior defender was named to the All-MIAA First Team for the second consecutive year. She played a big role in helping the Belles to hold their opponents to fewer goals than Saint Mary's scored for the third year in-a-row.
The MIAA was well-represented on the list as 11 soccer players from the league were named to the First, Second, and Third Team All-Central Region lists.
